Our latest YT video features a bouncy-flavored, lower-impact qigong practice that helps support muscle, tendon, ligament, and joint health by activating qi and blood circulation. The low amplitude, extended duration thesis helps prime the pump for more vigorous activity and/or makes for a nice beginning of the day exercise. Or maybe for whatever reason you’re not gonna do your usual sporty spice routine but want a lil somethin to keep the rust off the joints. I find that as I approach the end of my fifth decade the self-care game has to evolve, and injury prevention is more of a concern. #selfcare #injuryprevention
